Tournament Information Sheet
Date applications accepted: November 1, 2011
Entry Deadline: Wednesday November 30, 2011. Entries can be mailed, Faxed, or turned into the golf shop.
Entry Fee: $175 – Includes green fees, carts, lunch each day and awards. Cash, Checks or Credit Cards. Only one check per applicant.
$150 – Carlton Oaks Premier Players Club Includes green fees, carts, lunch each day and awards.
Entry Deadline: All players who have met the qualifications will be required to pay the Non-refundable entry fee by Wednesday November 30, 2011.
Format: 36 hole Gross Stroke Play Tournament for Championship Flight. Net Stroke Play for all other flights.
Eligibility: Open to all players. All players participating in net divisions must have an active and current SCGA or USGA handicap as of November 15, 2011. Indexes for November 2011 will be verified by the tournament committee. This event has no age restriction.
Flights: Flights will be as followed:
Championship Flight – Open to all entrants
Dye Flight – 5.1 -9.9
Sawgrass Flight – 10.0 – 14.9
HarborTownFlight – 15.0 – 19.9
Crooked Stick Flight – 20.0 +
Tee Times: All starting times will be posted at the golf shop by December 1, 2011.Contact the golf shop prior to the event for your starting time.
Cancellation Policy: Once entry fees are paid they are NON- REFUNDABLE
Handicap: Based on November 15th 2011 Indexes
Number of Players: Will be limited to the First 100 entrants, all others will be placed on a wait list.
