Pro Shop Staff
Job Description:
This position will assist with the daily golf operations, tournament operations, assisting in all merchandising functions and providing exceptional customer services. Assist in the handicap program, including posting of scores. Assist in supervising all outside services personnel. Be informed on, and promote, all club functions. Assist in the club repair business.
Requirement/Skill:
Past experience at a Golf Facility a plus but not required. Basic golf knowledge preferred.
Must be willing to working holidays, weekends, opening shifts and closing shifts.
Outside Service
Job Description:
Creates a positive experience by assisting guests and members.
Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
See that the ball machine is filled at all times.
Regular and reliable attendance.
