Job Description:
Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all Team members.
Answering phone calls and inquires from customers.
Make reservation properly and promptly in hotel reservation system.
Control and follow up on the vacancies and seasonal pricing through online reservation system.
Keep up to date information about Carlton Oaks to prepare for customer’s inquiries.
Maintain positive and professional attitude.
Requirement/Skill:
Required basic computer skills, multi-tasking and out-going personality
Requires flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend and holiday shift.
Prior Lodge/Hotel Experience a plus
Housekeeping
Job Description:
Cleans all rooms to be assigned.
Vacuum, dust, sweep and scrub the room.
Maintains all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Makes bed and do laundry.
Work under direction and policies from supervisor.
Requirement/Skill:
Requires to lift carry walk and sit.
Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekend and holidays
Previous housekeeping experience is proffered but not required.
Club House Maintenance
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing maintenance program for the main clubhouse and the grounds.
Responsible for instituting preventative maintenance programs throughout the course to ensure against neglect of equipment and facilities.
Exercise creativity and ingenuity to internally maintain and repair with respect to plumbing, electrical work, painting, tile setting, brick laying, carpentry, and landscaping.
Requirement/Skill:
Requires familiarity with all safety requirement.
Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
