Outdoor Garden Wedding Ceremony & Reception

This area is built with a pathway for the bride and is surrounded by trees, flowers and a beautiful view of the golf course.
Capacity: 200 guests.
If you require more than the 150 chairs included in the ceremony price, they may be added for $3.50 per chair.

Crest Room Reception

The Crest Room features a large dance floor, complete bar with bartender, and a beautiful view of the golf course. The room opens out to the very large Crest Patio, which offers additional seating.
Price: $1,500 room rental for four hours. Each additional hour is $425.

Our banquet staff will be available two hours prior to your event and will complete the set up at this time. Deliveries from vendors must be arranged for no earlier than two hours before the event. Early access to the Crest Room must be pre-arranged through our Special Events/Catering Director.

Because Carlton Oaks is a full-service facility, no outside catering is permitted.


To book your reception and/or ceremony:

Confirm the date for your event with our Special Events/Catering Director by calling 619-448-4242, #7 or by emailing our Catering Manager Zandra Coyne at catering@carltonoaksgolf.com.  A $1500 reservation deposit is required on confirmation of your event date. Deposits are non-refundable and can be paid with a credit card, cash or cashier’s check. Guaranteed number of guests and final payment are due ten days prior to your event.
